CRE 7993 MCA-2287 is one of our engineered vehicles that are ready to use with cut-rate enhancing lubricants, dispersants, corrosion inhibitors, and suspension additives to extend the life and performance of the slurry. 

 

7993 MCA-2287 keeps the plates running cool by minimizing sludge build-ups and allowing the plates to dissipate heat during operaton.  7993 MCA-2287 is designed to be compatible with most abrasive materials such as SiC, B4C, Al2O3, zirconia and others.

 

This vehicle can be used safely to lap and polish a wide range of metals, ceramics and crystals.  This slurry is safe to work with and completely biodegradable.  

 

 

Applications

  • Lapping and polishing of metals and ceramics: sapphire, AlTiC, SiC and WC
  • Lapping and polishing of metals: 316L, 4120, piston rings and others
